FAQ:
When will we receive our photos?
For Group photos you will receive all your photos between 1-2 weeks after your session depending on how many people are in your group.
For Individuals you will receive all your photos with in a week or less.
What if we have a outside session and the weather sucks or we need to reschedule?
We can’t control the weather (wouldn’t that be fun), so I generally allow reschedules for weather conditions that make producing great portraits hard. This can include to cloudy days, heavy rain, extreme temperatures, or humidity, and sever weather warnings. I also accommodate rescheduling for emergencies and illness. No one wants to take senior portraits when they’re sick. Please try to give me as much advance notice as you can. During our initial planning in the first week after booking, you can move your date and time as my schedule allows. The further in advance you book, the more flexibility we’ll have.
Can I download my own images?
Yes!!! You will get all edited digital images, which come with printing permission, and you may download and do what ever you like with them. All I ask is please do NOT screen shot your images, that will down grade the image and start making it not look good.
How many photos do I get with the final delivery?
Depending I will edit all the photos I have. You will get ALL edited images in your gallery. Then you will be able to pick the photo you like and want. So, for example if I edit say 33 photos your will get 33 photos to pick from to download if you want all 33 you can have all 33 or if you only need 3 you can download 3. It's all up to you.
With group photos I at less try to have 10 or more photos per person
Hours of operation?
As if right now I also work in the medical field during the day Monday to Friday. If you are interested in doing a session during the week, I am available after 4:30pm. If you like a time before 4:30pm just let me know and I can see what I can work out for you.
If your doing an outside location the best time to do session is 1-2 hours before the sunset or before sunrise.
As of studio hours that will all depended on that time you would like your session at. Please touch base with me (via text, call or email) for those hours.

How may outfits can I have?
It all depends. For Individuals I allow up to 2-3 outfits for group photos I allow 2 per person for groups less them 5. For groups more than 5 I allow one per person.
Where do I change outfits if we are doing an outside session?
Good one. I have a special portable changing tent you can use. It is cleaned after ever session on the inside and out.
What happens after I book with you?
I want to make your session is about you or your team. I will send you a short questionnaire after you book so I can get to know you or your team more. That is when we’ll talk about the types of photos you want and how to incorporate you or your teams personality. This often determines the session location (at the studio, outside or if you have a house location) props, such as for sale sighs, lockbox, computers, and anything else you would like.
How do I share my photos with social media, or my company I work with?
You can share on social media by downloading the image and then uploading it like any other photos.
For share with your company you can or I can send it via email all they need is the download code you have in your email that you originally got from me.
What else should I bring?
If you want props, such as for sale sighs, lockbox, computers, and anything else you would like I would bring that with. Bring your outfits and any makeup you like or you think you would need.
What is the cancellation policy?
Life happens, especially business and I understand that rescheduling might happen. Sessions may be rescheduled, preferably 24 hours prior to the session time. Contact me to discuss options, I do my best to accommodate. There are no refunds offered on session fee. If you pay anything else after your session fee and must cancelled without reschedule the session fee is still not refundable but any additional payments will be returned if cancelled before 24 hours of session. There is also no rescheduling fee unless it happens more then 3 times there will be a fee of $100 added to your bill
